Restorative and Preventative: $150

These appointments are for clients seeking manual lymphatic drainage for health benefits, after cosmetic surgery, for athletes to reduce inflammation and support recovery, or for those who have lymphedema and are seeking maintenance care. MLD can provide relief of migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, stress, fatigue, and more. MLD also induces general relaxation, boosts circulation, enhances immune health, and detoxification. Restore/Prevent Visits are not reimbursable by insurance; therefore, clients cannot self-submit to their insurance.
Evaluation Level 1: $200
55 Minutes
Physical Therapy Evaluation after cancer related surgery or treatments. It will include range of motion and strength testing, and baseline circumferential measurements of areas at risk for lymphedema. We will create a customized plan of care tailored to your unique goals, empowering you to improve your physical function. A "super-bill" will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance.
Evaluation Level 2: $300
85 Minutes
Lymphedema Evaluation by a Physical Therapist/Certified Lymphedema Therapist. We will create a customized plan of care tailored to your unique goals, empowering you to manage lymphedema. If it is determined you need bandaging to reduce your swelling, a list of supplies you need to purchase will be provided at the end of the evaluation. A "super-bill" will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance.
Treatment Level 1: $175
55 Minutes
These appointments are for clients cancer related treatments who have cording, range of motion and/or strength deficits. It is also for those who have lymphedema but do not require bandaging. An Evaluation is required prior to treatment. A "super-bill" will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance.
Treatment Level 2: $260
85 Minutes
These appointments will provide Complete Decongestive Therapy for treatment of lymphedema. Treatment includes manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), compression, exercise, and skin care. These longer appointments are for those suffering from significant lymphedema requiring compression bandaging. While we focus on your holistic well-being, please note that compression supplies are not provided: patients are guided to select necessary items from our recommended vendors. Evaluation Level 2 is required prior to treatment. A "super-bill" will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance.
Home Visit Option: In special circumstances, our therapists may offer home visits for the Restorative and Preventative Visits at their discretion. Please be aware that a fee of $0.70 per round trip mile will apply, calculated from the Certified Lymphatics Business Office. Clients would need to be able to lay on our portable treatment table. We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you in the best way possible.
